We specialise in holidays for small groups (each a maximum of eight people) to encourage a convivial atmosphere and a more personalised and authentic Italian experience, at a leisurely pace. Company Director Mardie Whitla has been organising escorted and customised gourmet and discovery tours in Italy for over nine years.

Small Group Tours in Italy – relaxed and stress free
Ciao Bella Tours offers enjoyable boutique, fully escorted tours of Italy designed specifically for small groups and ideally suited for the mature traveller. Whether you are travelling alone, or with friends, spouse or partner you will find our tours encompass authentic Italian experiences and customs, good food and wine, balancing sightseeing and relaxation.
Each of our tours concentrates on a single Region or area of Italy. Our itineraries do include some of the popular Italian tourism sites, and there are also plenty of opportunities to explore more unusual and facinating locations away from the crowds.
We recognise that sometimes you may want to relax: stretch out for a read or a snooze in the shade; stroll around town and soak up the local atmosphere; take a quiet walk in the countryside; or simply read and bask in the sun by the pool, or chat with your travel companions. We put you under no pressure to do more than you want to do and there is no rush to get on a large tour bus with fifty others at dawn the next day! (We never use tour buses) Sit back and relax: everything’s included!
